I take clients from all martial arts styles, so wether you’re a beginner or experienced I can aid in improving your technique, strength and mental focus. You will get faster, fitter and stronger as well as having fun.
Pad workout mixed with functional exercises will increase your strength and endurance.
As a PT I work around the E2 and E9 areas of London, Closest parks are Victoria Pk, London Fields, Wellington Green, etc.
I also have access to a gym where you pay no membership fees and your entrance fee is part of your personal training payment. The gym I use is Titan gym in Hackney.
My workouts include bodybuilding, martial arts and pad workouts, Calisthenics, Circuits, and functional training.
I have over 20 years of teaching fitness and include skills such as body re-alignment, flexibility, and rehabilitation.
